After-Hours and Emergencies
If you have an after-hours emergent or urgent medical problem related to the care that you have received from our office, please call our office number and our answering service will help you reach the doctor on call. Please note that the on call doctor is unable to provide medication refills after hours.
IN CASE OF A LIFE-THREATENING ILLNESS, INJURY OR CIRCUMSTANCE IMMEDIATELY CALL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM
We accept a large variety of insurance plans including but not limited to those listed below. Be sure to contact your insurance carrier in advance of your appointment to verify your coverage and insure we are participating as “in-network” providers. Please note that we can provide care to you also as an out of network provider, however, in this case you may have higher out of pocket expenses. Please feel free to call our Eugene office and we will make every effort to assist you in determining your coverage with us.
